Two perspectives on “fortellness”: New brand and HR video

This year we decided to take our visual style one step further. One of the main projects was creating an entirely new brand video, which captures not only what we do, but above all who we are. And together with it we also introduced a new HR video, which opens the doors to our working environment.

People at the heart of the story

From the beginning it was clear that we wanted something different. Gone are the typical industrial shots full of machines and assembly lines. Our greatest value is our people – and that’s exactly what we wanted to place at the centre of the story. After careful selection we chose the creative studio DUDEUP, which impressed us with its fresh visual aesthetic, cinematic sense and ability to tell a brand story differently – and yet credibly.

Behind the studio stand Adam and Kristian, who brought to the project not only professionalism but also a dose of cinematic magic. Together we fine-tuned the narrative, the atmosphere and the visual language. The goal was to create a video that will not just be a business card of the company, but an experience – for both customers and potential new colleagues.

What is “fortellness”?

Our main message in the video is simple: “fortellness” is skillfulness. And “fortellness” is in each one of us who contributes to what fortell creates. The video follows the “flow” of a product through the company – from the first contact with the customer to the final dispatch. And through this flow it shows the values that define us: precision, teamwork, craft pride and innovation.

A cinematic experience with an inside view

DUDEUP also brought an unconventional visual approach to the project. A striking element is the use of the POV (point of view) effect – shots from the perspective of the main “hero”, which is the viewer. Thanks to this, anyone can immerse themselves in the action, as if they had walked through the company themselves and become part of it.

The resulting clip feels like a short episode from a streaming platform – fast cutting, thoughtful voice-over and modern colour grading give the video a strong cinematic impression. The video has broad utility: at trade fairs, in business meetings, on the web and social networks.

New HR video: What it’s like to be part of fortell

Following the success of the brand video we created a new HR video, which brings closer what it actually looks like here with us. It presents the working environment at fortell, our teams and the authentic atmosphere of a normal day. The aim is for every candidate to be able to imagine what it is like to be part of our team even before they walk through the administrative building’s door.
