We manufacture prototype and production injection moulds for technical plastic parts. We focus on precision, long service life and stable series production. Thanks to our own injection moulding facility, we can test the moulds directly under real production conditions.
Modern CNC machining, EDM technologies, precision grinding and laser welding enable us to manufacture both simple and technically demanding injection mould components. Depending on the design, material and required parameters, we select the appropriate manufacturing process and combination of technologies for the individual parts of the mould.
We manufacture, finish and assemble the individual components in our own tool shop. The integration of our technologies allows us to coordinate manufacturing operations efficiently and respond flexibly to the requirements of each project. After assembly, the mould is inspected, tested and fine-tuned in our own injection moulding facility before being delivered to the customer.
