We have many years of experience in the production of prototype (with lower and higher required service life) and serial moulds with hot runner systems and cold inlets, moulds for overmoulding, moulds with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, stack moulds, moulds for 2K injection and moulds for thin-walled parts. We have already produced more than 1500 moulds.
We are capable of making plastic products from various types of plastics using these moulds. The maximum possible weight of injection moulds is currently about 4.5 tons due to our machinery.

Technology
For the production of injection moulds we have in our own tool shop CNC machines (5-axis machining centre HERMLE C42 U, 3-axis machining centres FIDIA HS664, TAJMAC MCFV 1680, 1060 and MAS MCV 750 SPEED) and electro-erosion machines (wire cutting machines AgieCharmilles CUT 3000, CUT 3000 S, CUT 2000 S and Agiecut Classic 2S, sinking machines FORM P600 and Agietron Innovation 2, drilling machine DRILL 20). The tool shop is also equipped with a machine for laser welding for restoration and modification of functional parts of moulds and tools and other machines for the production of injection moulds (milling, grinding, drilling and turning).
