We are stamping metal parts from steel and stainless steels, brass, bronze, copper and aluminium including surface treatment and tumbling.

To achieve the desired quality of metal parts we use eccentric and automatic presses. We are able to offer you complete services in this area, from design of the tools, over their high-quality manufacturing in own tool shop, up to production and deliveries of metal products right on schedule. Our metal parts find broad application in the electronic, automotive or consumer industry. All manufacturing processes are subject to quality management system and environment.

METAL STAMPING DEPARTMENT MACHINERY

Eccentric presses and automatic presses

Frame mechanical presses from the EBU company (STA 63 / STA 80 / STA 160), eccentric presses of the LEN, LEXN series with a pressing force from 10 to 100 tons and the HAULICK ROOS RSH 630 - 1000 high-speed press are equipped with air feed, unwinding and winding stands, including levelling device. At present, the maximum width of the fed endless belt is 500 mm and the maximum sheet thickness is 4 mm. We press more technologically demanding products using a cooling emulsion. The TPX and TALO 25 automatic presses offer the possibility of using tape up to a width of 25 mm or wire as input material. According to your needs and requirements, we equip them with cutting, bending, threading or welding units.

Development and design

We have many years of experience in the development and design of stamping tools for metal forming (more than 800 tools - progressive cutting tools, combined, block, bending tools) for our own stamping department and injection moulds for the production of plastic parts in the NX system (Siemens).

Stamping tools

We will design, prepare a 3D construction and produce stamping tools for sheet metal forming in our own tool shop - progressive cutting tools, combined, block, bending tools. Due to our machinery, the maximum weight of the stamping tools is currently about 1000 kg (approx. 900 x 400 x 350 mm).

Final assembly

In our assembly department, we assemble the final products on single-purpose equipment mainly by means of ultrasonic welding, which enables the welding of various types of plastics with the possibility to use metal parts. For this activity we use the state-of-the-art ultrasonic welders DUKANE IQ Servo Press with an available frequency of 20 kHz.

Quality control

Mass-produced metal parts are regularly visually inspected and measured according to inspection documentation. The control workplace is equipped with a 3D CMM Wenzel LH 65, a profile projector Mitutoyo PJ-A3000, a 3D measuring microscope Mitutoyo MF-B2017C and Q-DAS/Hexagon software - O-QIS and QS-STAT.
