We have added a new Bruderer press to our metal stamping operations. It is one of fortell’s largest technology investments in recent years, expanding our production capabilities and opening up opportunities for further demanding projects.
The new press arrived at our premises at the beginning of September. Installation and commissioning began almost immediately. Thanks to the professional cooperation of technicians from Bruderer and Soprem, everything went smoothly and without any major complications.
The commissioning process also included training for our colleagues who will be working with the new technology. But our cooperation does not end there. Bruderer will continue to provide technical support as we start production and develop tooling specifically for this high-speed press.
We would also like to extend our thanks to Dusan Volejnik from Kontura Tools, who helped us specify the technical parameters before the machine was ordered and subsequently assisted with coordinating its delivery and commissioning.
The new Bruderer is an investment in technology, our people and the continued development of our metal stamping operations.
